Whilst browsing the website we may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual and we will not collect personal information in this way.

Natural Talents processes data on our database to enable us to run our business. Under the GDPR definition of legitimate interest we include relevant and appropriate relationships with candidates or clients where this is letting candidates know about job opportunities or recording client discussions regarding projects or future business.
Natural Talents has a legitimate interest in processing a candidate’s data in order to help them find a job. We work on many opportunities at different times and any one of these could be suitable to the candidate’s background and experience. We use our database to identify and contact candidates about positions and therefore process personal details to enable us to do this as personal situations can change at any time. We will only ever record and use your data for the purposes of our business including sharing job opportunities and market intelligence with you. You are entitled to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time where the processing of your data is based on explicit consent.
You have a right to withdraw consent or object to us holding your data at any time via email. All candidates can ask to have personal data, restricted, edited or removed at any time.
We may process client/contact information on our database as we have a legitimate interest to record business communications and to enable communications regarding working together. Legitimate interest also refers to potential clients who are in discussions with us. We may need to record this data for future reference and to record business information. When we are working on a client project and are introduced to different contacts to update/arrange interviews there is a legitimate interest to process these contacts to our database as we need to record the communications.
Anybody on our contact database whose data has been processed via the purposes of legitimate interest has a right to object and this can be done via email. You can ask to have your data, restricted, edited or removed at anytime.
Natural Talents do not require any data as defined as Sensitive Personal Data as defined under GDPR. We do not transfer data outside of the EEA. We would give notification of the intention to transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), if applicable.
If at any point you would like to review the personal information we are holding please contact us via email and we will pass your request to the Data Controller who will respond to you directly. Natural Talents have an obligation to make relevant enquiries to verify the identity of the person requesting the access/changes/removal of data. Once verified we will process the request in accordance with our internal policy, recording the request and liaising with our Database provider. The database provider will provide you with access to their online portal enabling you to view and export your information. Access would be granted within one month of receipt of the request.
If there is any data that you would like rectified (Right to Rectification) then the Data Controller will complete this in line with your rights. We can restrict the processing of this information while the rectification is being agreed and data would be rectified within one month of the request.
Anyone whose data we hold has the Right for Access, Right to Rectification and Right to Erasure. There are criteria outlined by the ICO where individuals can request to have their data erased. Reasons include: Data is no longer necessary, withdrawal of consent, no legitimate interest to continue processing, objection to direct marketing.We will use the GDPR area of our database to either restrict or delete this data accordingly. There are some exceptional circumstances where we may need to keep some of the data for a period of time. An example would be when a Right to Erasure request is made but the individual is a current assignment contact or candidate and we would need to keep certain information available to enable us to perform business processes.
You are entitled to make a complaint to the data protection authority if you feel there is any issue with the data processing or how it is being stored or you do not feel there was a satisfactory outcome re a Data Request. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers via our online database. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, any transmission of data to us is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access of data held on our servers and our database servers and work closely with the database provider to ensure robust platforms.
Natural Talents is registered with the Information Commissioners Office and has appointed a Data Controller who is responsible for ensuring the provision of suitable DPA advisory, training and awareness, DPA request handling, and compliance with our obligations under the DPA.
